How do we look at
what has not yet become words?
人がご自身の心のありようを整えようとするとき、まず立ちはだかるのは「うまく言葉にできない」という壁であります。誰かに相談する、記録をつける、助言を受ける ── いずれも言語化を前提としており、そこに至れない方にとっては入口そのものが遠いものとなっております。
When a person tries to tend to their inner state, the first obstacle is often that it cannot be put into words. Consulting someone, keeping a record, receiving advice — all of these presuppose verbalisation, and for those who cannot reach that point, the entrance itself remains distant.
また、既存のサービスの多くは「答え」を返そうとします。診断を下し、傾向を告げ、次の行動を示す。しかしその瞬間、その人の内側についての解釈権は、その人の手から離れてしまいます。
Many existing services also try to return an answer — a diagnosis, a tendency, a prescribed next step. But at that moment, the authority to interpret one's own inner life leaves the person's hands.
既存のサービスが十分に応えてこなかったこの二つの隔たりに、当社は視覚という別の入口から向き合っております。
These are two gaps that existing services have not adequately addressed. We approach them through a different entrance: the visual.

MIRAは、利用者が差し出された言葉や感覚を、判断も助言も加えることなく、視覚のかたちへと変えてお返しいたします。
MIRA takes what a person chooses to share and returns it as visual form, adding no judgement and no advice.

その風景が何を意味するかを決めるのは、利用者ご自身であります。MIRAは答えを申し上げません。ただ、静かに映しております。
What the landscape means is decided by you. MIRA offers no answer. It simply reflects, quietly.

設計上の四つの約束
Four design commitments
一．解釈権は、常に利用者にございます
1. Interpretation stays with the user
診断も、予測も、評価も行いません。「あなたはこうです」と申し上げる立場に、MIRAは立ちません。
No diagnosis, no prediction, no assessment. MIRA never takes the position of telling you what you are.
二．端末内での処理を前提といたします
2. On-device processing
個人の内面にかかわる情報は、可能なかぎり利用者の端末内で処理いたします。平文のまま保持することはございません。
Information touching a person's inner life is processed on their own device wherever possible, and is never retained as plaintext.
三．行動を誘導いたしません
3. No nudging
利用時間を引き延ばすための仕掛けや、心の揺らぎに乗じた設計を用いません。必要のないときには、開かれないことが正しい在り方と考えております。
No mechanisms designed to extend usage, and no design that trades on emotional volatility. When it is not needed, not opening it is the correct outcome.
四．変えるのは、いつも手ではなくご自身であります
4. What changes it is never the hand, but yourself
画面の上で望む姿を描くことはできますが、それは静かにもとの姿へと戻ってまいります。この設計そのものが、MIRAの申し上げたい一言であります。
You may draw the state you wish for on the screen, but it will quietly return to what is. That design itself is the one thing MIRA has to say.
